Learning through music in early childhood is an incredibly effective way for kids to develop necessary social and cognitive skills! The Musikgarten curriculum is the leader in early childhood music education. Led by a music professional and licensed Musikgarten teacher, this class promises to be an incredible & enjoyable opportunity!

SPRING PROGRAMS (new hours!)
Family Music for Babies (ages 0-2.5)
TUESDAYS, 11:00-11:30 am
This class meets all of your child's developmental needs! Using music to practice finger play, body awareness, music theory and crucial music basics, your child will be learning and remembering all they need for their musical development and more.
Music Makers At Home (ages 4-7)
TUESDAYS, 5:00-6:00pm
For any 4-7 year old child new to our Musikgarten series! In this class, students will explore the creatures and sounds from the Meadowlands and Cattail Marsh to learn music theory, pitch identification, and be introduced to music literacy. A very developmentally appropriate class using movement, active listening, singing and playing instruments.
Music Makers Around The World (ages 5-7, for children who attended an MG class in the Fall)
TUESDAYS, 4:00- 5:00pm
For any 5-7 year old child who has attended our Musikgarten series in the past! We will be using music from Germany and Africa to teach your child music literacy; first through movement, then active listening, playing instruments and singing, writing and more. Your child will embrace musical concepts that are difficult even for adults.

Lynnea Iverson
Early Music Education instructor
Lynnea is a licensed K–12 Instrumental and Vocal music instructor. She is currently teaching students of all ages in her private music studio and directs music at her church. Her past experiences include teaching 6–8 grades Choral Music in the Grand Rapids area and performing in multiple ensembles around Northern Minnesota as a multi-instrumentalist. Lynnea is passionate about the learning process in the music classroom and strives to inspire a love of music in her students and community.
