The Eleanor Downing Maxine Miller Memorial Fund supports IOSP instrument purchases and repairs. The fund honors the memories of Grand Rapid’s great ladies of the arts: long time music educator Eleanor Downing, and her friends Maxine Miller and Roberta Fahlman.
