IOSP provides opportunities for adults of all levels to enrich their lives through musical instruction and opportunities with our professional Artist Faculty. Through private lessons, our annual Adult Chamber Music Camp (in partnership with Third Coast Chamber Collective), or participation in the Itasca Symphony Orchestra, players at every age and stage can enjoy performances, enjoyable and fully personalized instruction, and workshops.

PRIVATE LESSONS

IOSP’s Strings Program provides lessons for in violin, viola, cello, and bass with instruction from our local and internationally renowned Artist Faculty. Participating in these lessons develops foundational musical skills, while honing teamwork and leadership qualities that last a lifetime. In addition, we offer summer lessons for youth and adults during July.

ADULT CHAMBER MUSIC RETREAT

in partnership with Third Coast Chamber Collective

Music Educators, Community Orchestra Members, College Students, and adult musicians (18+) with 3+ years of experience are invited to register for a week of summertime music immersion. We welcome applications from strings, piano and woodwind players who would like to perform chamber music works with fellow participants and camp faculty members!

TUITION: $450
